Have you ever felt in need of a Fresh Outlook in one area of your life or another? I think we all have. At least, I know I have. I realize that as a Christian if we stay in the word and stay in prayer we should always be "fresh", as a woman I know that sometimes I have so many irons in the fire I have to fight for that option. However, it is worth the fight.
To regain a fresh outlook is sometimes as simple as a kind word from a friend or loved one, yet sometimes we need to just take time for ourselves. Some quiet time.
The word 'fresh' means; not faded, worn, or stale, new, cool, refreshing, a refreshing of wind. The word 'outlook' means; a view or scene, the prospect for the future, a mental attitude.
In our daily lives, often we become worn, stale, in need of a cool refreshing of the wind of God. We need a change of mental attitude, a new view of the future. A Fresh Outlook.
Where do we go? To the word of God, of course. Everything we have need of can be found there. Everything that concerns you as a woman, concerns God. He is concerned about our needs, our emotions, our family, our health, yes, even our clothing.
I know you are a woman after God, why else would you be here? God is first, but then there are other issues. He understands that. He made us that way. He knows we need balance in our life. I Peter 5:8 tells us to "be well-balanced" for the enemy seeks someone whom he may devour. (Amplified Bible)
